Once shipped, your tracking number is sent via WhatsApp and email.

Returns & exchanges
Each piece is checked carefully before it leaves us.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days at hello@loustra.co or WhatsApp +62 813 5615 2750. We will make it right.
Size exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Item must be unworn and unwashed, in original condition.
To start an exchange: WhatsApp or email us with your order number and the size you need.
We do not accept returns for change of mind.
Important: stonewashed cotton may shrink 1–2cm. We always recommend sizing down when in doubt.
